Besides of wear and tear that can been seen physically and feels you also can refer to the manual book. If you are lucky to find it.... or maybe you can download from google.
This periodical maintenance should be taken by a Proven Senior Mechanic or OTAI. Because most of them understand 100% what should do first and what should replace later.
Therefor, i send my Versys for my first time periodical maintenance after milllage 60,000 km to IaMALAYSIA own by Bro Hadi (Syed Ahmad Abdul Hadi) a solo rider on his ride from KL-LONDON 2010.

.... now you will understand why the whole process takes 3 to 4 hrs. So please stop asking, while his doing work .... hahahaahaaa

This is my third fan radiator replaced.
Bro Hadi just follow the existing modification frame at the radiator.
This is not a Kawasaki fan but i choose after market fan radiator.... more cheaper but you have to recod the millage from the first day to stick on it.
(its can last till 25,000km ...
